Dance Staff
Our instructors specialize in teaching various ages from young children to adults. Their credentials include Royal Ballet, Joffrey Ballet Workshops, and university training, (several with Master’s Degrees,) professional dance company performing and touring experience, dance choreography, musical theater choreography and performance experience, and extensive studio teaching and coaching experience. They are background-checked and CPR certified. We also provide workshops and/or other optional events with master teachers and choreography coaches who are national clinicians to enhance each student’s program of instruction.
Parents
Adult dance classes and music lessons are available for parents who wish to take their own class. Kindermusik and other early childhood curriculums are popular, fun classes for parents and their very young children from 5 weeks to 5 years old. It is a great introduction to music and movement for children just developing their coordination and provides developmentally appropriate activities fostering academic and social readiness for school. Parents attend the class with the child until the child is at least 3. Children ages 3 to 5 may pair up an early childhood music class with a Kindergarten dance class as part of our Song and Dance program for a monthly savings of $10. Also available: viewing windows and observations days for you to watch your child in class.
